I was raised on a horse farm in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, in 1993, where I have since established my roots. With 18 years of experience in the home improvement industry, I have developed a strong expertise in delivering high-quality solutions for homeowners. My career includes 11 years as an Installation Manager, followed by a role as Contract and Office Manager. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences by addressing their needs and offering effective solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, and cherishing moments with my pets.

With over 26 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry, Matthew Parente brings a deep level of expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality. For 15 of those years, he worked as a trusted installer with Lowe's, where he honed his craft and built a strong foundation in customer service and project execution. Now serving as the Installation Manager for Keller Interiors in Tucson, Arizona, Matthew oversees a wide range of residential and commercial flooring projects. His focus is on delivering exceptional results through well-managed teams, precise installation, and a customer-first mindset. Outside of work, Matthew is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing disc golf, camping, and spending time on the water. Most importantly, he loves quality time with his loving wife, their three beautiful children, and the family's two dogs.
