Lawrence Baker

Lawrence Baker, raised in Southern California, began his career in the trades at 18 in Detroit, MI, and joined Keller with over 15 years of flooring experience. An innovative leader, he focuses on enhancing the customer experience. Married in 2010 to his beautiful wife, they have three kids, three cats, and one dog. Lawrence enjoys watching his kids grow and learn, and as a family, they love traveling and exploring new places together.

Mikaela Coryea
Mikaela Coryea began her flooring career in 2017 with Lowe’s as a part-time Flooring Associate and quickly built a reputation for product knowledge and eagerness to learn more about installation, customer trust, and strong sales performance. She went on to serve as a Flooring Specialist across both the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets, consistently producing exceptional results while supporting customers throughout the challenges of the pandemic. Mikaela officially joined the installation office side of the business in 2021 as a Hard Surface Coordinator, and in recent years transitioned into her current role as Lead Carpet Scheduler. Outside of work, Mikaela is an accomplished artist who enjoys creating original artwork, and local music venues, she shares her home with her fiancé and four cats.

Cristian Figueroa
Cristian started working in the flooring industry a few years ago and since then he's become the warehouse assistant. His daily tasks consist on cutting carpet, getting materials ready for installers and handling deliveries of hard surface projects. In his free time, he likes to run and train for a variety of races.

Tish Lewis
ish is responsible for managing all hard surface installations, overseeing the process from initial scheduling through project completion. Her role includes coordinating installation timelines, processing work orders, and ensuring all projects are properly executed efficiently. Tish serves as the primary point of contact for installers in the field, addressing and resolving any issues that arise on-site to keep projects on track. In addition, she manages daily communications, including emails, and reports, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction. She helps maintain smooth operations while delivering a positive experience for both customers and installation teams.

Derek Misorski
Derek got started in the flooring business in 2003. He started with hardwood installations and refinishing. Derek also gained experience in customer satisfaction shortly after starting in the business as he was tasked with measurements and work orders that really gave him the experience on how to handle different situations and personalities. Derek ran multiple installation crews in his 12 years of installing slash refinishing. He became part of Allied Carpet shop in July of 2015. Derek began in the warehouse where he prepped carpet for the following day of installs. He became warehouse manager in 2016 and is still in the same position today. Derek has a wife and 2 kids that keep him busy outside of work. Derek is looking forward to seeing what comes next in the future of the flooring business.

Michelle Samuele
Michelle began her career at Lowes in Willoughby OH in 2002 where she held a variety of roles that helped her build broad operational experience. Her strong performance led to her promotion as Manager of the Flooring Department. In this role, she also collaborated closely with the Installation Services Office, supporting customer projects from product selection through final installation. With a passion for productivity and customer service, Michelle decided to join the team 2016, where she gained experience working closely with installers, coordinating schedules, and managing carpet installations. When Michelle isn’t working, she loves gardening, enjoys going to the casino, and values spending quality time with her family and her son-especially at his sporting events and fun trips to the waterparks and is proudly cancer-free.

Stephanie Wilmot
Stephanie Wilmot began her career in the flooring industry in 2015, bringing a strong background in operations and developing her expertise in products, installation, and quoting over time. She spent several years creating and reviewing project quotes and now focuses on supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and installers. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, reading, writing, and staying active through running, pilates, and volleyball. She loves the outdoors, spending time with her husband and friends, live music, and volunteering in her community. She also has one dog and two cats and enjoys crafting in her free time.
