Originally from sunny California, I bring a mix of West Coast spirit, hard work, and passion to everything I do. I began my flooring career in 2022 and quickly found a deep appreciation for the craft, the industry, and the people in it. After gaining hands-on experience and building strong relationships, I’m excited to be back in the field—this time as a leader—helping drive quality, customer satisfaction, and growth. When I’m not on the job site or working with clients, you’ll likely find me on the golf course or spending time with my two energetic Australian Shepherds, Autumn and Penny. They keep life interesting and are never too far from the action. Whether it's business or a walk with the dogs, I take pride in showing up with integrity, energy, and a team-first mindset

Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge in flooring materials, installation management, and customer service, ensuring homeowners find the perfect solutions for their spaces. Beyond his career, Justin is passionate about video gaming and soccer, enjoying both in his free time. However, his greatest joy comes from being a devoted father to his four amazing children, who inspire him every day. His commitment to excellence—both professionally and personally—drives his dedication to delivering top-tier service and transforming homes with quality flooring solutions.
