I have 15 years in the flooring industry working in commercial buildings , residential housing, and luxury apartment complexes throughout the West Coast. 12 of those years were dedicated to working with Big Box home improvement retailers as a Service Provider. I have a strong background in the technical aspects of installations as well as customer service. Coaching and mentoring my installation and office teams is where I have always thrived because of my focus on team building and fortifying strong, lasting relationships. My goal is to share my experiences to enrich and assist my teams overall career growth. I enjoy being artistic and creative when I am not working. Cultivating my kids' creative side is important to me and my husband, and we do this daily through cooking, music , art , and dance. We spend the weekends with friends and family, and I am an excellent hostess .

Flooring has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My grandparents owned a flooring store, and I started learning the trade hands-on with my grandfather when I was a teenager. At 30, I earned my contractor's license and launched my own flooring business. With decades of experience in the industry, I take pride in helping customers transform their spaces with flooring that’s built to last. Outside of work, Family is everything to me. When I’m not working or spending time with them, you’ll usually find me outdoors—snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, camping, fishing, or boating. I also love escaping to tropical destinations whenever I can. And if there’s a plate of carne asada street tacos nearby, I’m a happy man
