With extensive experience in both operations and management, she brings a well-rounded perspective to delivering quality flooring solutions. Kim takes pride in the teams she has been part of and the progress they have achieved together. Outside of work, she enjoys music, movies, and spending quality time with her family.

Kim brings over 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, where she’s built a reputation for leading high-performing teams and delivering results with integrity. As co-founder of a successful construction business alongside her husband, she’s managed everything from custom residential projects to large-scale commercial builds—always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and strong relationships. She’s a natural leader who believes that great outcomes start with trust and collaboration. Whether she's on a job site or in strategy meetings, Kim is known for keeping things moving forward and bringing people together to get the job done right. Outside of work, Kim and Jim are raising six amazing kids—life is full, fast-paced, and never boring. They’re passionate about travel, making memories, and embracing every opportunity to live fully and intentionally.
