Beyond his career, Justin is passionate about video gaming and soccer, enjoying both in his free time. However, his greatest joy comes from being a devoted father to his four amazing children, who inspire him every day. His commitment to excellence—both professionally and personally—drives his dedication to delivering top-tier service and transforming homes with quality flooring solutions.

Kim brings over 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, where she’s built a reputation for leading high-performing teams and delivering results with integrity. As co-founder of a successful construction business alongside her husband, she’s managed everything from custom residential projects to large-scale commercial builds—always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and strong relationships. She’s a natural leader who believes that great outcomes start with trust and collaboration. Whether she's on a job site or in strategy meetings, Kim is known for keeping things moving forward and bringing people together to get the job done right. Outside of work, Kim and Jim are raising six amazing kids—life is full, fast-paced, and never boring. They’re passionate about travel, making memories, and embracing every opportunity to live fully and intentionally.
