John holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Southern Illinois University. After serving 12 years in the Air Force, he transitioned to working for a large tech company. In 2008, John relocated to Florida and began his career as a flooring provider, where he has remained ever since. He previously worked for Keller Interiors and is excited to rejoin the Keller family. John looks forward to contributing to their growth, success, and position as a premier flooring partner nationwide.

Susan has over 10 years of experience in the home improvement industry. She is dedicated to ensuring that her customers have a positive experience and takes pride in visiting job sites to personally ensure that their expectations are being exceeded. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time at Disney or the beach. She cherishes moments with her two sons and two French Bulldogs.
