Kim has been part of the flooring industry since 2006, building her career from the ground up—starting in big-box retail and advancing through various technical and leadership roles. With extensive experience in both operations and management, she brings a well-rounded perspective to delivering quality flooring solutions. Kim takes pride in the teams she has been part of and the progress they have achieved together. Outside of work, she enjoys music, movies, and spending quality time with her family.
