Bill Justice

I’m Bill — a husband, dad, leader, musician, and someone who has never been afraid to take a different path. I spent years in grocery retail, eventually becoming an Assistant Store Director, where I learned the value of leadership, accountability, teamwork, and knowing how to keep things moving when the pressure is on. Today, I’m an Installation Manager with Keller Interiors, bringing those same skills into a new chapter — coordinating projects, solving problems, working with customers and installers, and making sure the job gets done right. But work is only part of my story. I’ve also spent years behind a drum kit, touring the country as a drummer. Music gave me the opportunity to see places I might never have seen, meet people I never would have met, and experience a life that taught me more than any classroom ever could. It also taught me discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and how to keep playing even when things don’t go according to plan. Above all else, I’m a husband and dad. My family is my greatest accomplishment and the part of my life I’m most proud of. I’m fiercely loyal, a little sarcastic, occasionally stubborn, and I believe you should work hard, laugh often, treat people right, and never be afraid to start a new chapter. From the stage to the store floor, and now to managing installations, I’ve taken a pretty unconventional road. And honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing.
