Ricardo Ocana was born and raised in Guatemala City, Central America, where he attended school before moving to California in his early 20s. There, he pursued further education, earned his high school diploma, attended college and trade school, and achieved his dream of becoming a U.S. citizen. Later, he and his wife moved to Arizona to build a better future for their family. Today, they are proud parents of two accomplished children and grandparents to three, along with their beloved Frenchie. With a background in warehouse operations, Ricardo transitioned into the flooring industry a decade ago, starting as an installer’s assistant. His dedication and skills led him to master the trade and eventually start his own company, Karma Flooring. Fluent in English and Spanish, Ricardo excels in communication with installers, clients, and staff. A certified forklift operator with additional training in computer workshops, he is known for his straightforward, honest, and responsible work ethic. His easygoing nature and commitment to getting the job done make him a valuable asset to the Keller Interiors team.
